Event Description
The March Taste of the Northwest will feature Crux Fermentation Project and will be taking place in the Hearth Room at the Lodge. At this Taste of the Northwest dinner in Sunriver Resort, you will have the unique opportunity to learn about the inspiration, history and techniques that were used to craft these beers and learn why they are a Northwest favorite. Join us for this exclusive event featuring Crux Fermentation Project and a dinner menu specially prepared by our own award-winning Executive Chef, Travis Taylor.
Our Taste of the Northwest Dinner Series will take place on the last Friday of every month at Sunriver Resort and will feature local ingredients transformed into amazing culinary offerings paired with the best handcrafted Northwest wines, spirits and beer!
